Hello there

Thanks for visiting. We are an independent bean to bar chocolate manufacturer that specialises in micro-batches of stone ground chocolate using, single origin, cacao beans. We believe in only using simple, recognisable ingredients in our chocolate, with our hands touching every part of the process; from roasting cacao beans, and grinding them into delicious chocolate, to stitching every bar into its paper envelope. We really love what we do and we think it shows in our chocolate!
